SwiftData in the app group plus a private CloudKit database: sync between iPhone, iPad, and Mac with no account with us and no backend API of our own.
Immolike collects listings from ImmoScout24, Immowelt, Kleinanzeigen, and others in one place: via Share Sheet, paste, or drag & drop — including exposé PDFs and emails on the Mac. Title, price, location, and preview image are fetched automatically; optionally your own AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini) extracts more from the exposé and the property.
The contact pipeline shows where each property stands: New → Liked → Contacted → Reply → Viewing → Decided. Plus notes, stars, financing estimate, and energy costs. Sync runs through private iCloud — no server of our own, no account with us.

Here’s how a listing lands in the pipeline in four steps:
- Share a link from Safari/Mail, paste it, or drop it on the Mac via drag & drop — including exposé PDF.
- Title, price, location, and image are fetched; you can fill missing fields by hand.
- Keep status from New through Decided — plus stars and notes for the shared decision.
- Store your own API key: extract the exposé or generate buying advice — data only goes to the provider you choose.
No account with us, no tracking SDK. Listings stay on the device and in private iCloud. Optional AI runs through your own API key at the provider you choose. Privacy policy
Which portals work?
Anything with a link: ImmoScout24, Immowelt, Kleinanzeigen, and others. Extraction runs through Open Graph, JSON-LD, and fallbacks — if a portal serves captchas, the link stays and you fill in the rest by hand.
How do listings get into the app?
Share Sheet (“To Immolike”), paste in the app, or drag & drop of links, exposé PDFs, and on the Mac also emails from Apple Mail.
What is the pipeline?
The status path for each property: New → Liked → Contacted → Reply received → Viewing → Decided, plus Rejected. That keeps it clear where contact stands.
Do iPhone and Mac sync?
Yes, through the private iCloud of your Apple account (SwiftData + CloudKit). There is no account with imping.digital and no server of our own.
What does the optional AI do?
With your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini), Immolike can extract exposés in a structured way and generate buying advice with a disclaimer. Without a key the app stays fully usable — just without the AI steps.
Are my listings sent to you?
No. We do not receive listing data. Only if you enable AI do the contents you choose go to the provider behind your key — not to imping.digital.
Does Immolike replace ImmoScout or the agent?
No. The app is a watchlist and pipeline for the search — listings, contact, and viewings still run through the portals and contacts.
When is the app in the Store?
Release and store link will follow. Support and privacy policy are already available at /labs/immolike/ — the URLs stay stable for the App Store listing.
