Datenschutzerklärung — Immolike
Kurzfassung
Immolike legt kein Konto bei uns an, sendet keine Inserat-Daten an imping.digital und enthält in der aktuellen Version keine Analyse- oder Werbe-SDKs von Drittanbietern.
Alle Inhalte — Inserate, Notizen, Status, Anhänge — liegen lokal auf deinem Gerät und, sofern iCloud aktiv ist, in der privaten iCloud-Datenbank deines Apple-Accounts. Auf diese Daten haben wir keinen Zugriff.
Optional kannst du einen eigenen API-Schlüssel für OpenAI, Anthropic oder Google Gemini hinterlegen. Dann gehen von dir ausgelöste Auswertungen an diesen Anbieter — nicht an uns.
Was wir nicht erheben
Wir (Jonas Imping / imping.digital) erhalten über die App nicht:
- Inserat- oder Objektdaten (Titel, Preis, Adresse, Notizen, Exposés)
- Pipeline-Status, Bewertungen oder Finanzierungsangaben
- Kennungen für Werbung oder Tracking
- Analytics- oder Crash-Berichte (kein entsprechendes SDK)
Verarbeitung auf deinem Gerät und in deiner iCloud
Der iCloud-Sync nutzt die private CloudKit-Datenbank deines Apple-Accounts. Apple verarbeitet diese Daten als Anbieter deines Accounts unter der Apple-Datenschutzerklärung; imping.digital kann sie nicht lesen.

Import und Metadaten
Beim Import eines Links kann die App öffentlich erreichbare Vorschau-Metadaten (z. B. Open Graph, JSON-LD) vom jeweiligen Portal oder über System-APIs laden, um Titel, Preis und Bild zu ergänzen. Das geschieht auf dem Gerät; wir betreiben dafür keinen Proxy-Server.
Optionale KI-Funktionen
Wenn du einen KI-Anbieter und API-Schlüssel aktivierst, sendet die App die für den jeweiligen Auftrag nötigen Objekttexte (z. B. Exposé-Auszug, Stammdaten, Notizen) direkt an den Endpunkt des Anbieters. Wir empfangen diese Anfragen nicht und speichern sie nicht.
Es gelten die Datenschutzbedingungen des jeweiligen Anbieters (OpenAI, Anthropic bzw. Google). Du kannst den Schlüssel jederzeit in den Einstellungen löschen; ohne Schlüssel bleiben die KI-Funktionen deaktiviert.
Käufe
Käufe (sofern angeboten) laufen über den App Store und werden von Apple verarbeitet (Apple-Datenschutz). Wir erhalten keine Zahlungskartendaten.
Deine Optionen
- Inhalte jederzeit in der App löschen — der Sync entfernt sie auch aus deiner iCloud.
- iCloud-Sync systemseitig deaktivieren (iCloud-Einstellungen des Geräts).
- API-Schlüssel in den Einstellungen entfernen.
- App deinstallieren, um lokale Daten zu entfernen.
Kontakt / Betroffenenrechte
Anfragen: hello@imping.digital. Soweit anwendbar stehen Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu (in Deutschland typischerweise der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit). Da wir keine App-Daten empfangen, bestätigen Auskunftsanfragen dazu in der Regel, dass bei uns keine solchen Daten vorliegen.
Änderungen
Bei geänderten Datenpraktiken (z. B. später Analytics) wird diese Erklärung und das App-Store-Privacy-Label vor dem betroffenen Release aktualisiert.
Kein Rechts- oder Kaufberatungspflicht
Immolike ist eine Merkliste und Entscheidungshilfe. Optionale KI-Ausgaben sind unverbindlich und ersetzen keine professionelle Beratung zu Immobilien, Finanzierung oder Recht.
Privacy Policy — Immolike
Summary
Immolike does not create an account with us, does not send listing data to imping.digital, and does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the current release.
All content — listings, notes, status, attachments — lives locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in the private iCloud database of your Apple account. We have no access to this data.
Optionally you can store your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini. Then evaluations you trigger go to that provider — not to us.
Data we do not collect
We (Jonas Imping / imping.digital) do not receive from the app:
- Listing or property data (title, price, address, notes, exposés)
- Pipeline status, ratings, or financing inputs
- Device identifiers for advertising or tracking
- Analytics or crash reports (no such SDK in the current app)
Data processed on your device and in your iCloud
iCloud sync uses the private CloudKit database of your Apple account. Apple processes this data as the provider of your account under Apple’s privacy policy; imping.digital cannot read it.

Import and metadata
When you import a link, the app may fetch publicly available preview metadata (e.g. Open Graph, JSON-LD) from the listing site or via system APIs to fill title, price, and image. This happens on device; we do not run a proxy server for it.
Optional AI features
If you enable an AI provider and API key, the app sends the object text needed for that request (e.g. exposé excerpt, listing fields, notes) directly to that provider’s endpoint. We do not receive or store these requests.
The provider’s privacy terms apply (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). You can delete the key in Settings at any time; without a key, AI features stay off.
Purchases
Purchases (if offered) go through the App Store and are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details.
Your choices
- Delete content in the app at any time — sync also removes it from your iCloud.
- Disable iCloud sync in your device’s iCloud settings.
- Remove the API key in Settings.
- Uninstall the app to remove local data.
Contact / GDPR rights
For privacy requests related to this app or to imping.digital, contact hello@imping.digital. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and complaint to a supervisory authority (in Germany typically the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information), where applicable. Because we do not receive app data, many access requests will simply confirm that no such data is held by us.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app’s data practices change (for example if analytics are added later). The effective date at the top will be updated; material changes should also be reflected in App Store privacy labels before shipping that version.
No legal or purchase advice
Immolike is a wishlist and decision aid. Optional AI output is non-binding and does not replace professional advice on real estate, financing, or law.
