The digital business card carries photo, role, contact details, and links under your own logo — with “Save contact” as a vCard. Several profiles per account are possible, for example business and private with a mobile number.
Capture instead of typing
The other person scans the QR and enters themselves; the GDPR opt-in sits between profile visit and further processing. Paper cards go into the system by photo through the scanner, which recognizes the data automatically.

Here’s how to use EloCard in five steps:
- Set up the digital profile with photo, contact details, and links on elocard.de — according to the provider, in around two minutes.
- Create a dedicated QR code with a category per trade show, topic, or team, so a contact’s origin stays recognizable later.
- Show the QR at a trade show, event, or in your signature — scan instead of typing. Paper cards go into the system through the scanner.
- Consent runs between profile visit and further processing; only then is anything stored.
- vCard email goes out automatically, leads land categorized in the dashboard — from there continue via follow-up template or CSV export.
What is EloCard?

How is the opt-in built in?
Consent sits between profile visit and further processing — privacy as a product step, not an appendix. Hosted in the EU; export and deletion are yours.
What happens right after the scan?
Both sides get the vCard by email, you also get a notification. The contact lands in the dashboard with category, source, and timestamp.
What if I receive a paper business card?
Photograph it: the business-card scanner recognizes the data and creates the contact — no typing, no typos.
Can I run several profiles?
Yes. Besides the business profile you can create others, for example a private one with a mobile number. Each occasion gets its own QR code with a category.
How do I follow up?
Through stored follow-up templates per category, via CSV export with name, email, phone, company, category, source, and timestamp — or directly from the stats on contacts, emails, and profile visits.
Does it work without a network at the trade show?
The QR code itself works offline; the data is processed once the connection is back.
