Datenschutzerklärung — Tax Reminder
Kurzfassung
Tax Reminder legt kein Konto bei uns an, sendet keine Daten an imping.digital und enthält in der aktuellen Version keine Analyse- oder Werbe-SDKs von Drittanbietern.
Alle Inhalte — Zeitpläne, Zahlungen, Ämter, Profile — liegen lokal auf deinem Gerät und, sofern iCloud aktiv ist, in der privaten iCloud-Datenbank deines Apple-Accounts. Auf diese Daten haben wir keinen Zugriff.
Was wir nicht erheben
Wir (Jonas Imping / imping.digital) erhalten über die App nicht:
- Steuer- oder Zahlungsdaten (Beträge, Termine, Steuernummern, IBANs)
- Namen von Profilen, Firmen oder Ämtern
- Kennungen für Werbung oder Tracking
- Analytics- oder Crash-Berichte (kein entsprechendes SDK)
Verarbeitung auf deinem Gerät und in deiner iCloud
Der iCloud-Sync nutzt die private CloudKit-Datenbank deines Apple-Accounts. Apple verarbeitet diese Daten als Anbieter deines Accounts unter der Apple-Datenschutzerklärung; imping.digital kann sie nicht lesen.

GiroCode
Der GiroCode (EPC-QR) wird vollständig auf dem Gerät aus den von dir erfassten Amts- und Zahlungsdaten erzeugt. Es findet keine Übertragung an uns oder Dritte statt; die Überweisung selbst führst du in deiner Banking-App aus.
Käufe
Käufe (Tax Reminder Pro) laufen über den App Store und werden von Apple verarbeitet (Apple-Datenschutz). Wir erhalten keine Zahlungskartendaten.
Deine Optionen
- Inhalte jederzeit in der App löschen — der Sync entfernt sie auch aus deiner iCloud.
- iCloud-Sync systemseitig deaktivieren (iCloud-Einstellungen des Geräts).
- App deinstallieren, um lokale Daten zu entfernen.
Kontakt / Betroffenenrechte
Anfragen: hello@imping.digital. Soweit anwendbar stehen Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu (in Deutschland typischerweise der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit). Da wir keine App-Daten empfangen, bestätigen Auskunftsanfragen dazu in der Regel, dass bei uns keine solchen Daten vorliegen.
Änderungen
Bei geänderten Datenpraktiken (z. B. später Analytics) wird diese Erklärung und das App-Store-Privacy-Label vor dem betroffenen Release aktualisiert.
Kein Steuer- oder Rechtsrat
Tax Reminder erinnert an Zahlungstermine und unterstützt beim Überweisen. Die App ersetzt keine steuerliche Beratung; maßgeblich bleiben die Bescheide und Fristen der Behörden.
Privacy Policy — Tax Reminder
Summary
Tax Reminder does not create an account with us, does not send your data to imping.digital, and does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the current release.
All content — schedules, payments, offices, profiles — lives locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in the private iCloud database of your Apple account. We have no access to this data.
Data we do not collect
We (Jonas Imping / imping.digital) do not receive from the app:
- Tax or payment data (amounts, due dates, tax numbers, IBANs)
- Names of profiles, companies, or tax offices
- Device identifiers for advertising or tracking
- Analytics or crash reports (no such SDK in the current app)
Data processed on your device and in your iCloud
iCloud sync uses the private CloudKit database of your Apple account. Apple processes this data as the provider of your account under Apple’s privacy policy; imping.digital cannot read it.

GiroCode
The GiroCode (EPC QR) is generated entirely on device from the office and payment data you enter. Nothing is transmitted to us or third parties; the actual bank transfer happens in your banking app.
Purchases
Purchases (Tax Reminder Pro) go through the App Store and are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details.
Your choices
- Delete content in the app at any time — sync also removes it from your iCloud.
- Disable iCloud sync in your device’s iCloud settings.
- Uninstall the app to remove local data.
Contact / GDPR rights
For privacy requests related to this app or to imping.digital, contact hello@imping.digital. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and complaint to a supervisory authority (in Germany typically the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information), where applicable. Because we do not receive app data, many access requests will simply confirm that no such data is held by us.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app’s data practices change (for example if analytics are added later). The effective date at the top will be updated; material changes should also be reflected in App Store privacy labels before shipping that version.
No tax or legal advice
Tax Reminder reminds you of payment deadlines and helps with transfers. It does not replace professional tax advice; official notices and deadlines from the authorities prevail.
